The following terms apply:
Shipping Terms
Delivery is available only within Germany and the EU.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Shipping within Germany is free of charge. We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 14.95 per order for deliveries within the EU.
Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery period is stated in the product description, goods are delivered within 3–10 days after order confirmation (where payment in advance has been agreed, from the time your payment is received).
Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, nationwide public holidays, public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), or on so-called bridge days*). Please also note that DHL does not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send them together in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
*) Bridge day: If a public holiday falls on a Thursday, we are also closed on the Friday and do not dispatch orders.
